NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Account Executive to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

SALARY: $45-$50K + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an account executive or client-facing sales role, with a strong emphasis on relationship-based selling.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong professional networks, both within industry circles and client organizations.
  • Experience in consultative selling, with a focus on delivering customized solutions rather than one-size-fits-all products or services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, present ideas effectively, and build rapport.
  • A strong commitment to understanding client needs and delivering value-based solutions that foster long-term partnerships.
  • Adept at identifying and resolving client challenges with creative, tailored solutions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Develop and nurture meaningful, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across a wide range of industries. Your focus will be on understanding their needs, fostering trust, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to connect with potential clients and expand your professional network.
  • Offer strategic guidance to clients, presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives and demonstrating how your services add long-term value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring that their needs are consistently met. Provide ongoing support, insights, and service improvements to retain and grow accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects, ensuring all commitments are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Develop client retention strategies by focusing on personalized service, value-added offerings, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients, develop detailed account strategies, and create proposals that address specific client needs.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and success metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within each relationship.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress within the CRM system. Provide regular reports on account performance, pipeline activity, and future opportunities.
