NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Account Manager to join our client’s team in Syracuse, NY. This is an Remote, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $60-$70k + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity services (penetration testing, red team, IR, consulting, or similar)
- Proven success selling professional services (not just software or hardware)
- Strong understanding of:
- Offensive security concepts and common attack vectors
- Compliance drivers (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, etc.)
- Risk-based security conversations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts, from initial discovery through close and renewal
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer risk posture, compliance drivers, and business objectives
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets
- Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene
- Coordinate with delivery, project management, and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoffs
