NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Account Executive – Telecom and SaaS to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $75-85K + commission (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of sales experience selling 2 or more:
- VoIP Telephone Systems
- Unified Communications
- IT Support / Virtualization / Business Continuity
- Carrier Services, Internet Services, Voice / Video / Data Networks,
Structured Cabling, Videoconferencing / Telepresence,
Data Backup / Disaster Recovery
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hunt for new business and consistently maintain a pipeline of leads that yield new enterprise sales opportunities with prospects who would benefit from services and products offered by the company.
- Develop a strong understanding of customers’ pain points, business models, and desired outcomes to effectively advise on customized technology solutions.
- Model best practice selling methodologies to negotiate the configuration, pricing and implementation of the company’s services and products.
- Establish key vendor relationships and work collaboratively to identify and develop new opportunities that continuously improve overall alignment.
- Monitor and coordinate the delivery of the company’s services and products to drive client retention, renewals, upsells and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer activity within CRM for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issue.
