NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our client’s team in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

SALARY: $65-$70K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • Proven track record in sales, with specific experience in selling office supplies, promotional products, and janitorial/sanitation products.
  • A go-getter mindset with the ability to take initiative and create opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey value propositions and build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Confidence and creativity in using past success stories to influence and inspire customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track customer interactions and manage accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Reach out to past customers to rekindle relationships, assess their current needs, and explore opportunities for additional support.
  • Introduce customers to new products and services they may not be aware of, ensuring they fully understand the value of our offerings.
  • Develop a proactive approach to identify and pursue sales opportunities, offering tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Use compelling success stories from previous sales to build trust and demonstrate the value of our products and services.
  • Leverage your knowledge of office supplies, promotional products, and janitorial and sanitation products to provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their business needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies and remain competitive.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management, relationship-building, and strategic selling.
