NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $60,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Administrative or office coordination experience, preferably in construction, landscaping, or service industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Data entry and basic bookkeeping experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage multi-line phone system, greet visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing mail
• Provide administrative support to management and team members
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits with clients and vendors
• Handle data entry and manage work orders
• Maintain office supplies, organization, and cleanliness
• Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation tasks
• Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance reports are up to date
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff to support daily operations
