NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $50-69K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensure month end close process is completed on time every month.
- Create and deliver monthly budget to actual reporting package to the Director of Operations.
- Ensure all of organizations clients are paid in accordance with their payment terms.
- Identify areas in current AP process that can be made more efficient through better processes or system enhancements.
- Send out customer damage invoices within 5 business days of Operations team identifying damage.
