NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Applications Specialist (ERP, CRM, Integrations & Data Migrations) to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an on-site, direct hire position.
SALARY: $65,000 – $75,000/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of experience supporting ERP, CRM, or business applications – strong troubleshooting and documentation
- Hands-on experience supporting system integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, or file-based integrations
- Participation in at least one system, ERP, CRM, or data migration
- Soft skills: go-getter, reliable, team player,
- Familiarity with relational databases and core data concepts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support daily operations of ERP and CRM platforms (user access, configurations, workflows)
• Implement, Support, monitor, and troubleshoot system integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and file-based methods
• Assist with ERP, CRM, integration, and database migrations including data mapping, validation, ETL support, and UAT
• Monitor and resolve data synchronization, API, and webhook failures
• Perform data integrity checks, cleanup, and reconciliation across systems
• Provide Tier 1–2 application and integration support and assist with user training
• Work closely with on-site business teams to support operational needs
• Maintain system, integration, and migration documentation
