NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Audit Manager to join our client’s team. This is a hybrid, direct hire position. Candidates can sit in Orlando or Tampa.
SALARY: $70-105K + bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a regionally accredited college or university.
- 3-8 years of public accounting experience (3 for Experienced Staff or Senior)
- Active state Certified Public Accountant license or equivalent recognized by the firm (e.g. Chartered Professional Accountant) required for Supervisor or Manager level.
- Active driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
- Proven track record of managing multiple engagements and leading teams to successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
