NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Audit Operations Manager to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $70,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, vendor management, audit, or financial operations
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills to interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily execution of AP recovery audits, managing the audit lifecycle from data review to recovery follow-up
• Collaborate with client finance, procurement, and shared services teams to identify overpayments, duplicates, and missed credits
• Develop audit strategies using analytics and internal tools to identify cost recovery opportunities
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Communicate with vendors to resolve claims and maintain professional relationships
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for AP control improvements
• Partner with internal analytics and technology teams to optimize workflows and reporting
• Lead, coach, and support audit team members to meet quality standards and KPIs
