NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Automation QA Team Lead to join our client’s team. This is a direct hire position. Candidate must live in the Tampa Bay Area or be willing to relocate. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.

SALARY: $100-110K + bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years software testing QA experience
- 3+ years experience leading, managing QA teams
- Knowledge of Automated and Performance testing techniques
- Technologies: SQL Server, T-SQL, TFS, Visual Studio 6, Visual Studio.NET
- Associate degree
