NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a BDR/ Appointment Setter – MSP to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $30-42K + monthly commission (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer service experience.
- Drive to learn and grow.
- Experience speaking with Business owners / C level.
- Experience in a high-volume environment (100-150 transactions/month)
- Soft skills: resourceful, outgoing, loves to take care of clients, team player.
- Strong MS Office, Salesforce, or comparable CRM system.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Heavy emphasis on outbound, proactive calling to cultivate additional meetings
- Working in collaboration with other appointment setters within organization to maximize account coverage and success of the business through a sell through approach
- Maintain regular contact with several contacts at each client, learning more about client's objectives, struggles and growth projections to increase product breadth
- Schedule meetings and be the ambassador for the company
- Continue to expand the knowledge and business acumen of MSPs Exceptional time management skills required
- Ability to multi-task and flexibility work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
- Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated in a strong coaching environment
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide world class customer service while finding opportunities to position sales of new and additional products and services
- Strong computer skills and a basic understanding
