NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a BDR- Data Analytics to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.

SALARY: $50-60K + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience, including cold-calling  
  • Quantifiable success engaging net new logos resulting in a sales record of obtaining / exceeding quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills; ability to convey and relate ideas to others
  • Skilled in conducting presentations (in a face to face or virtual environment), online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, enterprising, and innovative approach to enforcing company culture and persona.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment with success in managing your time and prioritizing tasks to accomplish goals.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned geographic area and to participate in sponsored events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Driving new revenue through customer acquisition in designated territory, using “hunter” mindset to identify new sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques
  • Consistently meet / exceed monthly sales targets and provide regular reporting
  • Owning strategy around funnel, pipeline, forecasting – owning multi-product solutions
  • Utilizing consultative selling skills to identify key trends, uncover customer needs and leverage industry knowledge and applications to find and close sales opportunities.
  • Understanding the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers. Use resources to design and propose customized solutions to meet their unique business needs.
  • Developing responses for Request for Proposals as well as observe and participate in presenting products and services that can benefit customer’s needs.
  • Ensuring delivery of the customer experience from sale to fulfillment to foster relationships and networks with customers.
  • Educating, exciting, and building relationships with key decision makers about leveraging innovative business solutions.
