NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Onsite Contract To Hire position.
SALARY: $88,000-$95,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations
• Experience with process mapping and operational improvements
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and SQL
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial products and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and workflows
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Map current and future-state processes; identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Support QA and UAT processes by reviewing test cases and validating outcomes
• Use data analysis to identify trends and uncover opportunities for automation or enhancements
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support decision-making
