NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Business Development Director to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.

SALARY: $80-$120K +bonus  (depending on experience)

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
· Proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the liquid fuel industry, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
· Strong understanding of the fuel additives and blended fuels market, with prior experience selling to large retailers or distributors.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven history of achieving sales quotas.
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· 75% of travel is required for this role, candidates must live near an airport.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure business from major fuel retailers along with other potential clients.
· Manage all phases of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including client onboarding and account management.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
· Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs and company objectives.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
· Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to clients showcasing the benefits and unique selling propositions of our products.
· Lead negotiations, craft proposal options, and finalize contracts that meet both client needs and company goals.
· Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate reports and forecasts for the management team.
· Provide insights into sales activities and market trends to assist in strategic planning and decision making.
· Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure product development aligns with customer feedback and market demands.
· Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to enhance brand visibility and expand professional network.
