NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Hybrid, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $45,000 – $75,000 base (depending on experience); OTE

REQUIREMENTS:
• Early career SDR or BDR experience from tier 3 or 4 SaaS companies or staffing agencies
• Self-driven personality with proactive communication skills
• Experience with prospecting and qualifying leads
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple outreach activities
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to achieve targets
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Initiate outbound contact with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social media
• Qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet target criteria
• Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and client interactions in CRM
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies
