NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager to join our client’s team in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $145-$155K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience building reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- 5 years of Lead experience or 2 years of Manager level experience (will lead a team of 2)
- Hands on experience pulling data from multiple sources such as Oracle ERP and Salesforce
- Strong experience with MYSQL, SQL Server, Oracle and/or Snowflake
- Experience working with ETL tools such as Informatica or Oracle ODI or MuleSoft and understand how data is stored within the data warehouse. Should be able to extract, transform and load data in/out of the databases/data marts/data warehouse
- Proficiency and knowledge of finance, supply chain and HR systems
