NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a CEO to join our client’s team in Orlando, Florida. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $185-200K + bonus (depending on experience)
- Proven experience as a CEO, CFO, COO, VP, or in a similar executive leadership role such within a hardware or SaaS company.
- Strong financial background with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Solid technical understanding of SaaS technology and the ability to drive technical strategy.
- Familiarity with the POS payment industry and a deep understanding of enterprise customers' needs.
- Familiarity with the KDS systems and industry.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and execute a clear business strategy, driving growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Develop and Implement Strategy: Develop a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Clearly articulate the strategy to the executive team and employees, ensuring everyone understands their role in achieving company targets.
- Financial Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of financial management and be responsible for overseeing financial operations. Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and make strategic financial decisions to maximize profitability and shareholder value.
- Experience with KDS and POS systems
- Technical Acumen: Demonstrate a strong technical background and stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in SaaS technology. Leverage your technical expertise to make informed decisions regarding product development, infrastructure, and overall technical strategy.
- Execution and Performance: Drive execution of the company's strategy, ensuring effective implementation of plans across all functional areas. Monitor performance indicators, establish performance goals, and guide the organization towards meeting or exceeding these targets.
- Customer Focus: Understand the needs of enterprise customers and possess a deep understanding of the POS (Point of Sale) payment landscape. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that attract and retain enterprise customers, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, board members, partners, and clients. Effectively communicate the company's vision, progress, and financial performance to maintain trust and support.
