NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Chief Estimator to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an on-site, direct hire position.
SALARY: $130-160K + profit sharing (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Leadership experience but also hands-on – will lead the estimating team
- Need someone from Central FL who is dialed into the area and can help bring in new business + develop relationships in the market
- Needs to understand the capacity of the Estimating business unit and align current and future projects with their capabilities – see the big picture
- Experience with govt / healthcare is PREFERRED
- Must be experienced in conceptual estimating
- Project work = $500k up to $10 million
- Come from a General Contractor within the state of Florida.
- Strong knowledge of Divisions 2 through 16, and quantity takeoff experience in Division 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, and 10.
