NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100-$130K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Webex Contact Center experience or Cisco CCX (Cisco Unified Contact Center Express)
- Cisco CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
- strong desire and ability to work on cloud calling and cloud contact center migrations
- Strong ability to connect and communicate with external customer
- Experience with design, implementation, and support of unified communications customers
- Bachelor’s degree – field of study: Computer Science or Information Technology
- Current Cisco CCNP Collaboration is a plus
- 3 years of proven Cisco VoIP stack support and implementation experience including SIP, PRI, T1, H.323, MGCP, Cisco UCS, UCCX, Finesse, CUCM, CUC, Cisco Emergency Responder, and Dial Plans.
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional four (4) years of directly related Telecom Engineering work experience may be considered.
