NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Client Success Manager to join our client’s team in San Jose, CA. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $75,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in client success, account management, or related roles
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to connect with clients at all levels
• Track record of exceeding targets and driving client satisfaction
• Experience working in SaaS or technology-driven environments a plus
• Comfortable with periodic travel to meet with clients and industry events
• Ability to provide DISC profile results
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead onboarding for new clients, establishing goals, timelines, and success metrics
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, delivering strategic guidance and building trust
• Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) aligned to client objectives
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; partner with sales to expand account revenue
• Manage escalations and proactively resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Gather client feedback to inform product development and participate in testing new offerings
• Support revenue forecasting, renewal strategies, and account planning
• Monitor industry trends and share insights to help clients stay competitive
• Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to align on goals and initiatives
