NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Construction Consulting Project Manager to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $90-$110K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture.
- Proven experience in construction consulting, project management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships, present information effectively, and navigate client interactions.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects valued between $50M and $100M.
- Professional certifications such as Active General Contractor (GC), Certified Building Contractor (CBC), or equivalent credentials.
- Broad experience across diverse construction sectors, including multi-family, industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects.
