NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Construction Draw Administrator to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $80,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 10-15+ years of experience in construction finance, draw management, or construction administration
• Knowledge of residential construction, scheduling, budgets, and permitting
• Familiarity with construction lending processes and lender requirements
• Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interface with banks to provide and obtain necessary documentation
• Manage draw requests and build relationships with bank counterparts
• Handle bookkeeping and related tasks as needed
