NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in Miami, FL. This is an on-site, direct hire position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Heavy understanding of Procore
- Experience running multiple facets of a project and working with subcontractors
- 3-5 years experience as contract administrator or closing coordinator.
- Experience with contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews all deal sheets and contracts submitted by salespersons for all new buyers, including commissions liability, deposits, and all other pertinent information. Prepares addendums to contract as required.
- Produces weekly sales summary and other reports for distribution.
- Maintains contract files and purchaser databases.
- Receives and tracks broker registrations, licenses and maintains all broker information files as required.
- Receives records and prepares deposits for submission to the escrow agent. Prepares monthly escrow reconciliation (with Project Accountant).
- Prepares and submits reports and backup documentation to the Project Accountant and Project Director (bi-weekly/monthly) for commissions payments to both in-house and outside brokers.
- Reviews all purchase agreements for accuracy and completeness. Prepares deal sheet for submission to Project Director’s execution.
- Receives, records, and prepares deposits for submission to the escrow agent.
- Prepares and submit reports and backup documentation to the Project Accountant and Project Director for commissions payments to both in-house and outside brokers.
- Responsible for all buyer correspondence and calls.
- Assists Project Director with projects as needed.
