NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Construction Project Executive – Healthcare to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $150-$180K +bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree required. Higher education in construction management, business management, other construction-based educational programs for commercial construction projects, or relevant discipline is preferred
• Professional designations desirable (AHCA, LEED, ASHE, CPM)
• At least 15 years of construction experience as a Project Manager or currently in a PX or Director role
• Advanced proficiency (5+ yrs.) in Procore Project Management (or similar) software a plus. Proficiency in Sage Estimating, Sage Paperless Construction, Textura Payment Management software, DocuSign, Bluebeam, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel software with efficiency and accuracy expected
• Position requires full-time hours Monday-Friday with additional hours required as needed.
• The role requires the ability to travel, including taking commercial flights, for development opportunities, and visits to construction jobsites

• Procure new sales leads and opportunities; meet annual company goals
• Manage operations on projects and lead project teams to achieve bottom-line results and growth
• Attend and be active in industry-related organizations
• Manage overall financial goals and profit maximization strategy for each project assignment in your market sector
• Assist in preparing competitive bids
• Report/present market information to company leadership
• Travel to job sites
