NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Construction Senior Architect- Engineer to join our client’s team in Vienna, VA. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $65k-$115k (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed Architect / Engineer (Professional license)
- Medical / healthcare / laboratory facility experience
- Contract Documents / Specs / Drawing interpretation
- Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering expertise
- Scheduling, budgeting, and construction management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and VA staff to manage schedule, quality, compliance, and safety.
- Interpret and enforce contract documents, technical specs, and drawings.
- Apply knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems in design and execution.
- Understand and navigate federal and state building code and jurisdictional requirements.
- Supervise and manage personnel from multiple disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle.
- Engage in problem solving and decision making when field conditions or regulatory issues arise.
- Provide technical leadership and subject-matter guidance in architectural/engineering disciplines
