NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Associate to join our client’s team in Odessa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $52-60K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to follow nuanced processes and work with diverse personalities
- A customer-oriented attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- A desire to work in a small, family-oriented company and grow with us
- A stable employment history and a long-term career goal
- Ability to learn in-house ERP. CRP as well as have a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are looking for a customer service representative who can join our team and provide excellent service to our valued customers.
- As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and processing their orders. You will also be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers and informing existing customers of our products and services.
