NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Security & Cloud to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This is an Onsite, Direct hire Atlanta, GA
SALARY: Up to $132,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience building software applications with C# and Python
• Demonstrable experience with ReactJS and front-end frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing automated solutions using Cloud native technologies, especially AWS
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge in AWS
• Understanding of DevOps practices such as automated deployments and release orchestration
• Familiarity with containers and microservice architecture
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and security tools (SAST, SCA, DAST)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to execute independently
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and enhance automated security solutions and tooling within cloud environments
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security practices into development workflows
• Operationalize security tools for application development, deployment, and delivery
• Assist engineering teams in fixing application security issues across various technology stacks
• Promote security as an integrated part of CI/CD pipelines and development processes
• Create automation solutions for tool administration and operational efficiency
• Design and implement monitoring systems for automation applications and services
• Participate in on-call rotations and support incident response
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives in security and automation
• Guide and mentor peers and junior team members in secure coding and automation best practices
