NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Data Engineer to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $125-$150K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Computer Science)
- 5+ years experience in Data Engineering
- Excellent SQL competency
- Experience in a BI tool, preferably PowerBI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and related data services is a plus
- Experience with data pipeline and transformation tools (e.g. Databricks, Fivetran, DBT)
- Experience with enterprise data modeling and building a data warehouse/ data lake
- Experience building data quality and data governance processes
- Experience writing Python for data cleanup and transformations
- Experience with ERP & CRM systems (e.g. Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and related data types
- Experience using Git or version control tools
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical personnel, both in-person and via telephone.
- Strong project management skills and experience with agile methodologies
- Strong attention to detail is a must for success in this role
- Ability to prioritize tasks; be logical, organized and work well with others.
- Ability to manage timely, effective response to internal customer needs and effectively communicate project status as requested and required.
- Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining the ‘big picture’ of the overall business vision.
