NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Delivery Leader to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a direct hire position with remote flexibility. Candidate must sit in the Tampa Bay area.
SALARY: $150-210K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10+ year Leader. Must be a true leader, coach, and facilitator
- Must have expertise in the SMB market and with high growth companies.
- Current Microsoft Channel, ERP experience is required to start
- Preferred: Cloud, ERP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating with the various Industry Pods on fine- tuning our industry solutions and delivery methodology based on client need.
- Collaborating with Sales on opportunity specific requirements to ensure solution fit, proper pricing and ultimate success in creating happy clients.
- Expanding our services footprint in the client base served through leveraging our billable consultants as trusted advisors, maintaining relationships and ‘selling’ additional services into existing clients.
- Staying up to date on core Dynamics365 products represented as well as key ISVs that we include in our offerings and being able to apply product knowledge and industry best practices to meet client needs.
- Inspiring and coaching team members to grow and expand their knowledge and skills
- Responsible for determining and managing goals, strategies and actions in order to achieve (or exceed) the agreed upon KPIs :
- Services gross margin of Client Services – Modern Pod.
- Chargeability of the team
- Team member satisfaction/attrition
- Client retention and revenue growth
- Overall revenue generated by Modern Clients Pod
