NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales Americas to join our client’s team in New York, NY. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $175,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in sales management within IT/SaaS or related industries
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets and achieving quota
• Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis
• Experience building, motivating, and leading high-performing sales teams
• Skilled in planning daily/weekly activities, monitoring performance, and coaching teams
• Familiarity with demand generation strategies that drive leads and revenue
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar sales automation tools
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, with a customer-focused sales mentality
• Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments
• Technology savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed new business quotas and sales goals
• Drive acquisition of new enterprise clients and expansion within existing accounts
• Develop and monitor pipelines, forecasts, and sales metrics to ensure quota achievement
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews, team meetings, and training sessions for ongoing improvement
• Negotiate and assist in closing complex deals, building executive relationships with prospects
• Define and implement best practices, processes, and strategies to grow sales effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and product management
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to improve their performance and growth
• Use Salesforce to accurately track activity and support data-driven decisions
• Cultivate a winning sales culture focused on high performance and accountability
