NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of IT Operations to join our client’s team in Palm Harbor, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $95-$120K + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years technology experience – strong understanding of O365, servers, networks, infrastructure, CRM systems, security, project management
- 5+ years technology leadership – overseeing all strategy, creating policies & procedures, risk management, leading a small team of people, managing MSPs
- Experience overseeing technology at multiple office locations through expansion (need to indicate how many locations in how many states)
- Soft skills: excellent interpersonal skills, strong communicator (will be interacting with franchise owners and executives within the company)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hubspot CRM – preferred, not required – they will be going through an implementation
- Travel: some travel will be required to attend annual conference and franchise locations as needed
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant credentials – preferred, not required
