NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Director of Construction, Residential Remodeling to join our client’s team in Sarasota, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $150-$180K + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Team lead & management team experience in residential / commercial cons
- Operations experience – finance, productivity, organizational planning, & continuous improvement
- Polished & professional collaboration skills – all levels of management, owners, clients, etc
- Entrepreneur mindset w- will wear multiple hats and knows what it takes tto grow a business and hit targets
- Established processes internal structures, & workflows for company that allow production to flow and regional growth
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead & manage team of construction managers (supers PM) and work with estimators ro oversee andensure delivery of remodeling projects
- Develop & track KPIs for production / profitability, efficienty etc for operational excellence
- Collab with ownership and finance for forecasting, job costs, WIP reporting, & margin control
- Establish systems, processes, and workflows for production
- Strategic long & short term planning
