NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Director of Customer Success to join our client’s team in Bothell, WA. This is an remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $130-$140K + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10 years of experience in customer success, with 3-5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing customer success teams for vertical market software organizations.
- Experience managing enterprise ERP implementations and complex software deployments in manufacturing focused businesses.
- Background leading customer success teams and driving revenue retention/expansion
- Equally comfortable working with C-level executives, IT representatives, and non-technical end users to manage strategic enterprise relationships.
- Understanding of SDLC for both on premise and SaaS software business models and customer lifecycle management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Development and Management. Successfully develop and engage a team of 4 remote Application Support and Implementation Specialists. Implement a strategy for continuous learning and building subject matter expertise.
