NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Sales to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $95 – $120K +bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the POS hardware and software industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the retail and hospitality sectors and their unique technology needs.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
