NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Sales to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a remote,direct hire position. AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY
SALARY: $145,000- $150,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a successful track record
- Experience selling into the waste industry or municipal space, especially in truck or product rental sectors
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-disciplined, able to work remotely, and proficient with web-based tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight 50%+ of the time
- Located near a major airport within AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, or WY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead outside sales efforts in the West region for rental and off-rent solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and prospects to increase market share
- Engage in weekly in-person meetings with clients and prospects to foster growth
- Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and maximize results
- Report monthly and quarterly on regional sales performance, pipeline, and opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events regionally and nationally as needed
- Utilize CRM and web-based tools to organize and communicate sales activities
