NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Sales to join our client’s team. This is a fully remote, direct hire position. Candidate must be in the Tampa Bay area.
SALARY: $70-150k (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have experience with selling contact center solutions or software
- Has a proven track record of being an amazing salesperson who exceeds their quotas.
- Has 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales in contact center technology.
- Has experience working in growth-stage companies.
- Has exposure to sales operations.
- Is comfortable building in self-directed and collaborative work environments.
- Is a problem solver who views themselves as an entrepreneur – taking on difficult challenges and providing creative solutions.
- Can design, develop, and tweak our sales process to make it more effective.
- Can operate at an executive level while being an individual contributor (yes, you’ll be our first sales hire).
