NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Total Rewards to join our client’s team in Orlando, Florida. This is an onsite, direct to hire, position.
SALARY: $90-100K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, related work experience is required.
- 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience designing and implementing total rewards strategies in a large, complex organization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and HR teams.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Experience managing external vendors and consultants.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate and plan for future business needs.
- SHRM certificate would be a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and manage the company's compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and bonus plans.
- Develop and oversee the company's benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness programs.
- Ensure that rewards programs are aligned with talent management and employee engagement strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits, and make recommendations for changes and improvements.
- Collaborate with other HR leaders on broader initiatives related to talent management, such as succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
