NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a Onsite, Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $180,000 – $200,000  + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 7+ years in software/data engineering, with at least 3 years directly leading engineering teams as both a strategic and hands-on leader. 
  • Experience with Azure services (App Services/Container Apps, Functions, Storage, Data Factory/Data Bricks), M365.
  • Strong working knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD fundamentals, environment strategy, and Dataverse schema design. 
  • SDLC & DevOps: Expertise in CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), automated testing, and observability (Azure Monitor/App Insights). 
  • Solid understanding of SOC 2 Type 2 controls, secure coding practices, and access management.
  • Exceptional communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, setting goals/OKRs and driving improvements in SDLC quality and delivery.

  • Align engineering work with product roadmaps, engaging directly in architectural reviews and technical problem-solving.

  • Define and track key delivery metrics (throughput, cycle time, defects, change fail rate) while partnering with Product on measurable outcomes.

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecting cloud-native Azure solutions that meet performance, security, reliability, and cost targets.

  • Develop technical specs and reference architectures, advocate modern design patterns, and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
