NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $180,000 – $200,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7+ years in software/data engineering, with at least 3 years directly leading engineering teams as both a strategic and hands-on leader.
- Experience with Azure services (App Services/Container Apps, Functions, Storage, Data Factory/Data Bricks), M365.
- Strong working knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD fundamentals, environment strategy, and Dataverse schema design.
- SDLC & DevOps: Expertise in CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), automated testing, and observability (Azure Monitor/App Insights).
- Solid understanding of SOC 2 Type 2 controls, secure coding practices, and access management.
- Exceptional communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, setting goals/OKRs and driving improvements in SDLC quality and delivery.

Align engineering work with product roadmaps, engaging directly in architectural reviews and technical problem-solving.

Define and track key delivery metrics (throughput, cycle time, defects, change fail rate) while partnering with Product on measurable outcomes.

Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecting cloud-native Azure solutions that meet performance, security, reliability, and cost targets.

Develop technical specs and reference architectures, advocate modern design patterns, and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
