NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive – SaaS to join our client’s team in Florida. This is a remote, direct hire position for candidates who live in the state of Florida.

SALARY: $90-$100K + OTE (depending on experience)


  • At least (3) three years SaaS sales with enterprise experience. 
  • Over quota performance in past positions
  • Trained in designed sales programs (e.g. Solution Selling, Challenges Sales, etc.)
  • Candidate applying lives in the state of Florida.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and sales automation tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesloft) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Preferred: Prior experience selling to CX professionals.


  • Exceed monthly/quarterly/annual new logo and revenue targets 
  • Own all aspects of pipeline development, lead qualification and effectively moving qualified prospects through the decision making and purchasing process. 
  • Manage and convert Sales Qualified Leads. 
  • Build a 3x pipeline of qualified prospects meeting our target persona. 
  • Continuously nurture opportunities and ensuring prospects build an understanding of how our team will accelerate their customer experience improvement initiatives. 
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts to build a quality pipeline via phone calls, emails and social media. 
  • Utilize HubSpot to: 
    • Track and manage leads 
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales efforts. 
  • Create outbound efforts including templates and sequences to reach a broad audience
  • Provide high-level demo’s of the solution aligned with prospect requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new product offerings.
  • Foster a transparent, inclusive, and achievement-oriented team culture. 
  • General duties include the following: 
  • Host and attend weekly team meetings; 
  • Host and attend team training. 
  • Attend Sales related events as required (both remote and in person events).
  • Other duties as assigned.
