NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a direct hire position with remote flexibility. Candidate must be located in the Orlando area.

SALARY: $150-165K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
·Bachelor’s Degree.
·MBA preferred.
·Experience or certification with one or more Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF), DoDAF, Zachman or TOGAF Frameworks is a plus
·Certification with one or more leading technology frameworks and platforms is a plus
· Proven ability to communicate architecture, business strategies to senior management leadership/staff.
·Good business acumen, ability to understand business processes, challenges and manage stake holder expectations is required.
·Solid understanding and execution of business architecture & business processes
·Business and Technical capability based thinking and planning
·Strong Project Management with track record of on-time, on budget and high quality implementations
· Demonstrate knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Gartner, Zachman)
·Demonstrate knowledge and experience with EA tools or similar products like Mega, LeanIX, Alfabet Planning or Troux.
·Understand software architectures, frameworks, design patterns, infrastructure architecture and design, and data modeling.
·Knowledge of n-tier design and e-business technologies such as application servers, web server, portals, personalization, content management, web transaction processing, backend integration, middleware and messaging.
·Ability to define Target Enterprise Architecture that promotes reliability, maintainability, scalability, and flexibility based on business needs, technical architecture requirements and best practices, data integration/interoperability requirements.
·10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience with comprehensive experience  in enterprise strategy, architecture, engineering, and operations
·Significant Enterprise Architecture experience, e.g. operating as an EA in large organizations  with complex multi-application IT landscapes
·Minimum of 5 years in role of an enterprise architect. Ability to estimate the business and financial benefits of architecture
·Proven success in strategic management, leadership, planning and organizational skills required.

RESPONSIBILITES:
·Deliver enterprise architecture artifacts that guide enterprise solution development, simplification and consistency across the IT portfolio
·Participate in operating the Enterprise Architecture planning process and the integration of these processes across the WD's Business and IT organization. Maintain master plans, TCO, investment analysis, roadmaps and transition plans for the sales and marketing business domain
·Create and maintain strategic business capability roadmaps, linking IT systems and services to the capabilities they enable in conjunction with WD business stakeholders
·Partner with IT managers and project portfolio management team to develop project demand that support roadmaps.
·Develop and ensure compliance with architecture principles and standards for the various systems and components based on enterprise strategies, reference architectures, and design patterns
·Establish and maintain architecture review processes and technology reference model (TRM) for the enterprise
·Provide leadership to technical and functional working groups within the organization.
·Ensure project uses target architecture models, and roadmaps to drive project designs and deliverables. Participate in key project design reviews as part of the methodology process to ensure project designs adhere to EA guidelines
·Collaborate and consult with architecture team architects to assure projects align with the target enterprise architecture. Work with providers of software, hardware products and consulting services
