NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Estimator, Landscape Construction to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $60-$80K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project estimation, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, methods, and cost factors.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with legal and contractual terms and conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost breakdowns, including quantities, unit costs, and total project costs.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness through ongoing market research and benchmarking.
- Cost Analysis and Pricing
- Bid Preparation and Proposal Development
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost breakdowns, including quantities, unit costs, and total project costs.
