NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Event Coordinator to join our client’s team in Palm Harbor, FL. This is a Onsite (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: Up to $80,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or marketing support
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with event software and project management tools (preferred)
• Ability to travel 50-60%+ depending on season
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the planning and execution of the company's annual franchise conference, including managing timelines, budgets, vendors, sponsorships, and internal coordination
• Coordinate attendee communication, travel arrangements, room blocks, and registration processes for conferences and events
• Manage on-site logistics, production, speaker support, and run-of-show during events
• Oversee participation in national trade shows, managing booth logistics, shipments, vendor relationships, and marketing collateral
• Support franchisee co-ops in planning and executing local shows and sponsored events, ensuring brand consistency and quality
• Assist the VP of Marketing with project tracking, follow-up, and execution of key initiatives
• Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and event updates
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and risks are addressed proactively
• Manage event-related inventories, signage, displays, and materials
• Maintain strong relationships with venues, AV partners, decorators, and printers
