NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a Onsite, Direct Hire position.
**SALARY: **$80,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication and polished interaction skills, experience working with high net worth individuals preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Ability to take feedback well and implement changes immediately
• Traditional executive assistant responsibilities including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support
• Marketing, PR, and event planning experience a plus
• Comfortable with event planning and client relationship management
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support to the Owner, including managing calendars and appointments
• Organize and coordinate business and personal affairs for the Owner and their family
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and maintenance for properties
• Assist with payment of bills and management of insurance portfolios
• Support human resources activities and maintain confidentiality
• Handle internal and external communications, including client interactions
• Assist with marketing, public relations, and event planning as required
• Support owner’s involvement in boards and restaurant ventures
• Manage personal tasks such as travel arrangements, household management, and family assets
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
