NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Finance Project Manager to join our client’s team in Manhattan, NY. This is an hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $96-$130K + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Finance background – direct experience within finance teams (not audit-only) with strong understanding of good processes
- 5+ years Project/Program Management – proven track record leading finance process improvement or transformation projects
- Cross-Functional Influence – able to drive alignment across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, IT, Data Analytics, etc., without direct reporting lines
- Communication – strong executive presence, able to craft clear updates, dashboards, and deliverables
- Any use of AI for process improvements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quickly ramp and lead execution of critical programs from operational pain points to system/process redesigns and ensure timely delivery, strong cross-functional alignment, and clear outcomes.
- Deliver project plans and execution against those items
- Provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies
- Evolve toward owning prioritization and identification of new improvements
- Experience with NetSuite or equivalent GL system
- Exposure to system integrations and automation tools (e.g., Workiva, Monday.com, AI-enabled workflow tools)
