NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s team in Dallas, TX. This is a direct hire position. Candidate must be local to the Dallas area and willing to work on-site Monday through Thursday, remote on Friday.

SALARY: $90-92K + bonus (depending on experience)


  1. 2-3+ year Software Engineer. 50% front end / 50% backend
  2. 3 years of strong experience with Next.js and React 
  3. Exposure to Node.js & Express.js
  4. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT is required
  5. Experience with large financial systems. Banking, private equity, or a related industry. Must be willing to support this type of project.
  6. AWS or exposure to cloud (will consider a great candidate without this)
  7. Must have excellent communication skills and professional polish


  1. Prior Big 4 accounting firm or Fortune 500 company experience 


  • Build and maintain large cloud-native web platforms using React.js, Express.js, AWS, Mulesoft, and Snowflake.
  • Work with business stakeholders across digital marketing, asset management, finance, and accounting teams to understand the business and build scalable solutions.
  • Work across the entire “tech stack”, including designing and developing user interfaces in Figma and React, along with backend development in Node.js, AWS, and Snowflake.
  • Design and develop modern integrations (ETL pipelines) that meet user needs regarding functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Working with the engineering and analytics teams on creating data models for analytics and reporting in Power BI and other tools and frameworks.
  • Design and develop solutions able to process large volumes of data.
  • Participate and contribute to architectural discussions across the front-end, back-end, and database of applications.
  • Perform Continuous Integration and deployment using AWS and GitLab.
  • Champion best practices and cross-functional skill development.
  • Drive department best practices, guidelines implementation and adhering to standards.
