NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Gen AI Engineer to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $43 – $47 hourly

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a data engineer.
• Strong experience in data engineering, including ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
• Experience with data integration tools like Informatica, Talend, or Apache Airflow.
- Technical skills: Data processing, Data pipeline development (such as Apache Airflow), knowledge of ETL processes and tools, knowledge of Database management (relational and NoSQL databases), familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with programming languages (such as Python, Java), Data Manipulation tools (Pandas, SQL), Big data tools, and version control.
• AI and ML skills: ML fundamentals, understanding of model deployment, and data preparation
• Data Management and governance: Data quality, data governance, and security
• Domain/industry knowledge data privacy, and regulatory compliance in AI projects
• Soft skills: Communication and team collaboration, critical thinking
• Understanding data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
