NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Head Media Buyer to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $120-$180K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 years of media buying experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing paid media campaigns in regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, or financial services
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and traditional media buying
- Strong knowledge of legal marketing standards, including compliance with state bar regulations
- Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in analytics, budgeting, and ROI optimization
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
- Experience managing multi-account portfolios with high-volume ad spend
- Proven leadership in team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Preferred
- Experience working directly with law firms or legal service providers
- Familiarity with intake and CRM tools used in the legal industry such as Lead Docket, Clio Grow, or CallRail
- Bilingual campaign experience, particularly with Spanish-language audiences
