NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an HR Business Partner- Talent Acquisition to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $80-$85K + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience with a solid background in Talent Acquisition and onboarding
- Prior experience supporting field-based or decentralized teams, ideally in property management, real estate, hospitality, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Willing and able to travel 1-3 times a month up to 20% as needed – this is not a travel heavy role
