NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $85-$100K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have experience with full HR responsibilities, including employee handbook management, PTO requests, employee relations, and troubleshooting.
- Focus on improving recruiting processes, especially for techs, and adding proactive strategies (e.g., outsourcing vendors, health insurance bidding).
- Experience in managing outsourced IT contracts.
- Experience not focused solely on recruitment but able to handle a variety of HR tasks, escalate issues to management, and add value in strategic decisions.
- 3-4 years of HR experience is the minimum experience for this role.
- PHR or SPHR is a nice to have
