NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, Florida. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

SALARY: $90-$95K +bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in Human Resources.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information, including employee records, performance evaluations, and legal matters. Upholding integrity, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring confidentiality are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and convey policies, procedures, and expectations clearly to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong writing skills are also necessary for creating policies, reports, and documentation.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks based on urgency, importance, and impact is crucial.
  • Ability to understand intricate details, such as benefits administration, compliance, and record-keeping. A keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness is essential to prevent errors.
  • Ability to interact with diverse individuals and facilitate effective collaboration, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
